FAQs › I am experiencing problems when downloading the ExamView® Assessment Suite Software ZIP files from the Online Instructor Resources. How do I resolve this issue?

Some types of security software may register the ExamView® ZIP download(s) as a threat, causing the download to be blocked or downloaded incompletely. Several factors may cause this, including the size of ZIP file(s), the EXE files contained within the ZIPs, various browser settings, and/or your school's firewall.
Check your browser settings to see if they may be causing the download to be blocked, or try using a different browser to download the file. Alternately, try downloading the ZIP files from home (or another access point outside of the school district).
If the issue persists, contact your school or district's IT department for additional assistance.
