FAQs › What do I do if I forget the username or password for my G-W Online Textbooks “Individual User Account”?

For Individual User Accounts, your username is the e-mail address that was used during registration.

To receive a new password, select the Forgot password link on the G-W Online Textbooks homepage (located below the blue “Login” button).

Enter the E-mail Address that you used to register for your account.

Select the Start Reset Process button.

A password reset link will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail account.

Select the link contained in the e-mail to reset your G-W Online Textbooks account password.
