FAQs › How do I fill in HTML form fields?

Locate the chapter or lesson you would like to complete. For more information, see “How do I access the HTML Workbook with form fields?”
Answer the questions as necessary. Questions will require different types of answers including drop-down selections or manual entry.
Select the Clear button at any time to delete all answers and reset the form.

Select the Save button at any time to save your work. Note: Your response(s) will only be stored on the browser of the computer or device you are using. You cannot access your stored answers from another computer or device even if you are logged in. If you would like to access your answers from another location, we advise you e-mail a copy of the answers to yourself using the form located at the bottom of the page.

To e-mail your answers to yourself or your instructor, fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Enter your Name, E-mail, Instructor's Email, any Additional Recipient's Email, if necessary, and any comments you would like to include on the e-mail. If you are sending your answers to yourself, makes sure the Send yourself a copy checkbox is selected.

If you would like to e-mail incomplete answers home to yourself for later completion, do not include your Instructor’s e-mail address when filling out this form.
Once you are sure you are ready to send the e-mail, select the "I confirm my input is correct and am ready to submit" checkbox.

Select Send to e-mail your answers to the designated recipients.
