Marketing Dynamics, 4th Edition

By: Brenda Clark, Cynthia Gendall Basteri, Chris Gassen, and Michelle Walker
Copyright: 2019
Subject: Marketing
Grade Level: 9-12
Marketing Dynamics provides a comprehensive framework to learn about the concepts of marketing. It includes a well-rounded introduction to the four Ps—product, price, place, and promotion. Other essential topics, such as marketing research and target market identification, are also covered. A chapter on soft skills focuses on interpersonal skills needed for the workplace. The Building the Marketing Plan project at the end of each unit provides a hands-on learning experience that builds throughout the text. In addition, a full Marketing Plan Template is provided on the Companion Website. DECA Emerging Leaders activities provide first-hand opportunities for students to prepare for college and careers. Portfolio development activities guide students to create a personal portfolio for use when exploring volunteer, education and training, or career opportunities. The correlation of Marketing Dynamics to the standards, objectives, and indicators for the YouScience® Industry Certifications Introduction to Marketing, Marketing I, and Marketing II exams prepares students to earn a Career Skills™ Certificate upon completion of the course.
