Goodheart-Willcox guarantees your satisfaction. All Goodheart-Willcox products must be acceptable in every way or they may be returned for replacement, credit, or refund (see return policy below).
G-W orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier. U.S. Postal Service Library Rate (if eligible) or Parcel Post are used only when specifically requested. G-W does not provide insurance for shipments made by the Postal Service and will not replace lost items valued at more than $100. For destination delivery within the continental United States, please add to the net price of the order $20 for up to 2 items, and an additional $10 per item for each additional item.

Return of unused print and digital products from bookstores and institutions must be made within 6 months of the invoice date. Return of digital products purchased for instant access must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Customized Print and Customized Digital Products are non-returnable.
A copy of the invoice or packing list along with a Return Authorization Request Form is required for all returns. All returns must be received in new, saleable condition. Items cannot be returned for credit if the shrink-wrap or packet seal is broken.

Items not returned directly to Tinley Park or returned without a Return Authorization Request Form may be subject to a restocking fee and/or additional shipping charges.
A preauthorization hold for eBook and Online Textbook instant access items in the amount of the product plus estimated tax will be posted to your debit/credit account. This hold is released after the charge is settled for the final amount. This typically occurs within three days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you need funds released sooner, please contact your bank directly.
All prices shown are in U.S. dollars and charges will be billed at the current exchange rate in Canadian dollars. Shipping is approximately 10% of the net order total.
